The MAX13035EETE+ by Analog Devices (Maxim Integrated) is a 6-channel, bidirectional level translator suitable for multivoltage systems requiring 100Mbps data transfer. It facilitates level shifting between different logic levels, with VCC and VL voltages setting the logic levels on each side of the device. Logic signals on the VL side appear as higher voltage signals on the VCC side, and vice versa.
This device operates with VCC voltages from +2.2V to +3.6V and VL voltages from +1.62V to +3.2V, making it ideal for interfacing low-voltage ASICs and PLDs with higher voltage systems. It is compatible with external drivers sourcing as little as 4mA and features internal 30μA current sources for I/O channels, supporting both push-pull and open-drain drivers.
The MAX13035EETE+ includes a CLK_RET output that mirrors the CLK_VL input. It also features an automatic shutdown mode that disables the part when VCC is less than VL. The device is available in a 16-pin TQFN (4mm x 4mm) package and operates over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
