The MAX13013EXT+T is a single-channel bidirectional voltage level translator designed for mixed-voltage systems. It supports data rates up to 100Mbps and operates with a VCC supply of 1.65V to 3.6V and a VL supply of 1.2V to VCC-0.4V.
The device features tri-state, non-inverted outputs and very low quiescent current (0.1µA typical on VL, 0.03µA on VCC). It is suitable for applications requiring low-power level translation.
The translator is available in a surface-mount SC-70-6 package (also 6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363). It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
