The MAX1241BCPA is a low-power, 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) designed for single-supply operation from +2.7V to +5.25V. It features a 7.5µs successive-approximation ADC core, a fast 1.5µs track/hold circuit, an on-chip clock, and a high-speed 3-wire serial interface compatible with SPI, QSPI, and MICROWIRE standards.
