The MAX11410ATI+ from Analog Devices is a low-power, multi-channel, 24-bit delta-sigma Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) optimized for precision sensor measurements. It offers high resolution and low noise, making it suitable for signal sources with a wide dynamic range.
The ADC features a programmable gain amplifier (PGA) with gain options from 1x to 128x, and 10 analog inputs that can be configured as single-ended or fully differential. It provides 90dB simultaneous rejection of 50Hz and 60Hz power line noise and has a typical Integral Non-Linearity (INL) of 3ppm with no missing codes.
Integrated features simplify precision sensor applications, including programmable matched current sources for resistive sensor excitation and current sinks/sources for broken wire detection. The device operates with analog supply voltages from 2.7V to 3.6V and I/O supply voltages from 1.7V to 3.6V. It communicates via an SPI-compatible serial interface.
The MAX11410ATI+ is available in a compact 28-pin 4mm x 4mm TQFN package, suitable for surface mount applications. Its operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C.
