The MAX1112CAP+ is an 8-bit successive-approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC) from Analog Devices, designed for low-power applications. It operates from a single 4.5V to 5.5V supply and consumes only 135µA at a sampling rate of up to 50kSPS. The device features an internal track/hold, voltage reference, clock, and a serial interface compatible with SPI, QSPI, and MICROWIRE standards.
This ADC offers software-configurable unipolar or bipolar inputs and supports both single-ended and differential operation. The full-scale analog input range is determined by an internal 4.096V reference or an external reference.
