The MACOM Technology Solutions MAT10010 is a fixed attenuator chip designed for RF applications. It offers a precise 1dB attenuation value with a flat response from DC to 20 GHz. This die-sized component boasts a space-saving footprint of 0.762 x 0.762 mm and features medium power handling capability of 2W CW.
Fabricated using advanced thin-film metallization and photolithography, the MAT10010 provides very good stability over temperature with a typical tracking coefficient (TRC) below 100 PPM. It includes a ground wrap to the top, eliminating the need for additional ground bonding. The gold contacts on the input and output pads ensure fast and reliable assembly using standard bonding equipment. This device is RoHS3 compliant.
