The MAT03FH is a dual monolithic PNP transistor from Analog Devices, designed for applications requiring excellent parametric matching and high frequency performance. It features low noise characteristics of 1 nV/√Hz at 1 kHz and a high gain bandwidth of 190 MHz typical. The low offset voltage, maximum of 100 µV, makes it an excellent choice for demanding preamplifier applications.
This transistor offers tight current gain matching of 3% maximum and high current gain of 100 minimum over a wide range of collector currents, making it suitable for current mirrors. Its low bulk resistance, typically 0.3 Ω, also contributes to accurate logarithmic conformance.
The MAT03FH is housed in a TO-78-6 metal can package and supports through-hole mounting. It operates over an extended industrial and military temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
Each transistor is individually tested to datasheet specifications. Internal protection diodes across the base-emitter junction prevent degradation of gain and matching performance due to excessive breakdown current.
