The switch consumes very low power, less than 2 μA at 2.5 V, and features fast settling times.

 

Fabricated using a 0.5 micron gate length GaAs PHEMT process, the MASWSS0192 is housed in a lead-free SC-70 (SOT-363) surface mount plastic package. This compact size and low cost make it ideal for applications requiring small footprints. It is designed for systems operating up to 3 GHz, including PCS, GSM, DCS, Bluetooth, and T&M applications, particularly in receive chains.

 

The device supports an operating voltage up to 8.5 V and operates within a temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C. It is RoHS compliant and reflow compatible up to 260°C, with 100% matte tin plating over copper and halogen-free mold compound.
