The MADL-011023-14150T is a PIN diode limiter designed for broadband operation from 10 MHz to 12 GHz. It is assembled in a lead-free 1.5 x 1.2 mm 6-lead TDFN plastic package, suitable for surface mount applications.
Key electrical specifications include a typical insertion loss of 0.05 dB (0.10 dB max) at 750 MHz, return loss of 35 dB, and P1dB input compression power of 8 dBm. The device can handle CW incident power up to 40 dBm and peak incident power up to 50 dBm (1 µs, 1% duty).
