The MAAM-011229-TR3000 is a broadband low noise amplifier (LNA) designed by MACOM Technology Solutions. This single-stage MMIC amplifier operates from 0.05 to 4 GHz, providing a flat gain of 19 dB up to 3.25 GHz. It features a low noise figure of 1.3 dB at 1.2 GHz and 1.8 dB at 3.25 GHz, along with high linearity with an OIP3 of 36 dBm at 1.2 GHz.
Designed for ease of use, the MAAM-011229-TR3000 includes internal matching to 50 Ohms, eliminating the need for external matching components for frequencies up to 3.25 GHz. It operates on a single voltage bias of 3 to 5 V and has an integrated active bias circuit that allows for current adjustment from 20 to 120 mA. The IADJ pin can also function as an enable pin for power up/down control.
This LNA is housed in a lead-free, 2 mm 8-lead PDFN plastic package, suitable for surface mount applications. It is RoHS compliant and designed for applications in CATV, broadcast, and ISM/MM.
