The MAAL-011078-TR1000 is a high dynamic range, single-stage MMIC LNA designed by MACOM Technology Solutions for operation between 700 MHz and 6 GHz. It offers an ultra-low noise figure of 0.35 dB at 1.9 GHz and 22 dB of gain at 2.6 GHz, with a high linearity of 33 dBm OIP3.
This amplifier supports a single voltage bias from 3 V to 5 V and features an integrated active bias circuit.
