The MAADSS0009 is fabricated using a mature 1-micron GaAs MMIC process and comes in a lead-free SOIC-16 plastic package. Its construction includes 100% matte tin plating over copper and a halogen-free mold compound, ensuring compatibility with 260°C reflow processes.
