Specified from 50 MHz to 20 GHz and usable up to 26.5 GHz, the MA4SW110 offers low insertion loss and high isolation. Key electrical specifications include insertion loss of 0.4 dB at 6 GHz, 0.7 dB at 13 GHz, and 0.9 dB at 20 GHz. Isolation is rated at 55 dB at 6 GHz, 47 dB at 13 GHz, and 42 dB at 20 GHz. It handles up to 33 dBm CW power at +25°C and has a switching speed of 50 ns.

 

The device is designed for applications in Aerospace & Defense and ISM. The chip features a polymer coating for handling and gold bond pads for low inductance ribbon connections. The backside metallization allows for attachment via gold/tin solder or conductive silver epoxy.

 

This switch operates over a temperature range of -65°C to 125°C and is RoHS3 compliant.
