The MA4SW110 is a series-shunt, broadband, SPST PIN diode switch manufactured by MACOM Technology Solutions using their HMIC™ process. This monolithic, glass-encapsulated chip is designed for moderate power, high-performance switching applications.
Specified from 50 MHz to 20 GHz and usable up to 26.5 GHz, the MA4SW110 offers low insertion loss and high isolation. Key electrical specifications include insertion loss of 0.4 dB at 6 GHz, 0.7 dB at 13 GHz, and 0.9 dB at 20 GHz. Isolation is rated at 55 dB at 6 GHz, 47 dB at 13 GHz, and 42 dB at 20 GHz. It handles up to 33 dBm CW power at +25°C and has a switching speed of 50 ns.
