MA4PK3003

The MA4PK3003 is a high-performance PIN Diode manufactured by M/A-COM, designed for demanding HF and multi-throw kilowatt switch applications. This diode series, part of the KILOVOLT line, utilizes advanced semiconductor and packaging technology to ensure low loss, low distortion, and reliable operation at frequencies as low as 1 MHz.

Key electrical characteristics include a maximum reverse voltage of 3000 Volts and a continuous current rating of 25 Amperes. The PIN chips are engineered for high power dissipation and high stand-off voltage capability, employing ultra-high resistivity, long carrier lifetime float zone material. This design results in better preservation of carrier lifetime and superior layer-to-layer interface compared to conventional methods.
