The MACOM MA4P4006F-1091T is a high power PIN diode designed for RF switch and attenuator applications. It offers a reverse voltage rating of 600V and a maximum power dissipation of 7.5W. The series resistance is specified at 500mOhm under test conditions of 100mA forward current and 100MHz frequency. The device is built with a fully passivated PIN diode chip for low leakage current and features a thick I-region for long carrier lifetime.
The MELF (Metal Electrode Leadless Faced) package provides low inductance and excellent thermal performance due to full face chip bonding. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 175°C, and the storage temperature range is -55°C to 200°C according to the datasheet. The termination style is solderable tin plated, suitable for surface mount assembly. The diode is ESD classified as Class 1A (HBM).
