The Panasonic MA3X72000L is a silicon epitaxial planar Schottky barrier diode designed for high frequency rectification. It offers a maximum reverse voltage of 40V and an average forward current of 500mA. The device features a low typical forward voltage of 0.55V at 500mA, contributing to good rectification efficiency. With a reverse recovery time of only 5ns, it is well suited for high frequency switching applications.
