The MA3075WALT1G from On Semiconductor is a dual common anode Zener diode designed for ESD protection in sensitive electronic equipment. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 6.5V and a breakdown voltage range of 7.2V to 7.9V at 5 mA. With low leakage current of less than 1 µA at 5V and typical capacitance of 80 pF, it is suitable for high-speed data line protection.
The device provides ESD protection up to 16 kV (Human Body Model) and 30 kV (IEC 61000-4-2 air and contact discharge). Peak power dissipation is 15 W (100 µs pulse), and steady-state dissipation is 225 mW. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. The SOT-23 package supports surface mount assembly and is RoHS, Pb-Free, and Halogen-Free compliant.
