The MA15KP130CA/TR is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode manufactured by Microchip Technology. It is designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from high voltage transients. With a reverse standoff voltage of 130V and a breakdown voltage of 209V, it provides robust clamping at 209V. The device can handle a peak pulse power of 15000W (15kW) and a peak pulse current of 72A, making it suitable for high energy surge protection.
