The M80-8510642 is a 6-position, 2-row, 2.00mm pitch right angle through hole header from Harwin's Datamate L-Tek series. It features a shrouded 4-wall design with latch lock fastening and strain relief clips, ensuring secure mating in high-vibration environments. The connector is rated for operating temperatures from -55°C to 125°C and has a voltage rating of 800V. Current rating varies with ambient temperature and number of contacts: up to 3.3A per contact at 25°C, derated to 2.2A for all contacts at 85°C.
Contacts are made of phosphor bronze with gold plating on the mating area (29.5µin thickness) and tin on the solder terminations. The insulation is black glass-filled PPS with UL94 V-0 flammability rating. This header is suitable for board-to-board or cable-to-board applications requiring high reliability and compact 2mm pitch spacing.
