The M80-5431805 is a high-reliability rectangular connector from Harwin's Datamate J-Tek series. It is an 18-position (9+9) male plug with a double row, right-angle surface mount orientation. The connector features a 2.00mm pitch and is fully shrouded with a 4-wall design for robust mating. It includes internally threaded jackscrews and board mount threads, supplied with 5mm slotted bolts for board retention. The contacts are made of copper alloy with a gold finish (0.75µm thickness) and are rated for currents up to 3.0A per contact at 25°C (all contacts) and 2.2A at 85°C. The voltage rating is 800V. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C. The insulation material is glass-filled polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. This connector is suitable for board-to-board or cable-to-board applications in high-density electronic equipment. The surface mount, right-angle design allows for space-saving layouts.
