The M80-5100642 is a 6-contact (3+3) male plug connector from Harwin's Datamate J-Tek series of high-reliability rectangular connectors. It is a through-hole mounted header with a 2.00mm pitch and two rows of male pins. The connector features a fully shrouded 4-wall design with internally threaded jackscrews for secure mating and board mount studs.
Electrical specifications include a current rating of 3.3A per contact at 25°C ambient (derated to 2.2A when all contacts are used at 85°C) and a voltage rating of 800V. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a gold mating finish (0.75µm) and tin post finish.
The insulation is glass-filled Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) in black, with a flammability rating of UL94 V-0. The connector includes keying slots and mounting flanges/hardware, making it suitable for board-to-board or cable-to-board applications requiring high reliability.
