This is a 4-position single row male header from Harwin's Datamate Power series, designed for board-to-cable/wire applications. It features a shrouded 4-wall design with threaded fastening and keying slot for secure mating.
Electrical specifications include a current rating of 20A per power contact and a voltage rating of 800V. The contacts are made of copper alloy with gold plating (10.0µin thickness) and have a circular male pin shape.
The connector is through hole mounted with solder termination. Insulation is black polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) glass filled with UL94 V-0 flammability rating. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C.
The header includes mounting hardware such as mating flange, mounting flange, and keying slot. It is supplied with slotted nuts and internally threaded jackscrews for secure board mounting. The series is part of Harwin's high-reliability Datamate connector family.
