The M74HC164TTR from STMicroelectronics is a high-speed CMOS 8-bit Serial-In Parallel-Out (SIPO) shift register. Fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology, it offers a wide operating voltage range from 2V to 6V and operates across a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
This device features serial data entry through one of two inputs (A or B) and provides an output from each of the eight stages.
