The M74HC132YRM13TR from STMicroelectronics is a high-speed CMOS Quad 2-Input Schmitt NAND Gate. Fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology, it offers a wide operating voltage range from 2V to 6V.
This gate features Schmitt trigger inputs, providing high noise immunity by transforming slowly changing input signals into sharply defined, jitter-free output signals. The typical propagation delay is 11ns at 6V, with a maximum of 18ns at 6V and 50pF load. It also boasts low power dissipation with a maximum quiescent current of 1µA at 25°C.
All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge and transient overvoltage. The device is pin and function compatible with the 74 Series 132. It is available in a 14-SOIC surface mount package.
