The M7 is a standard recovery rectifier diode designed for general purpose applications such as 50/60 Hz mains rectification, power supplies, and polarity protection. It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1000V and an average forward current of 1A. The forward voltage is typically 1.1V at 1A. The reverse recovery time is 1.5 µs, making it suitable for low-frequency applications. The diode can handle peak forward surge currents up to 27A (50 Hz) and 30A (60 Hz).
