The M50-4901545 is a 30-position, 2-row, 1.27mm pitch surface mount header from Harwin's M50 series. It features male square pins with gold-plated copper alloy contacts, a shrouded 4-wall design, and push-pull fastening for secure board-to-board connections. The insulator is made of black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) with UL94 V-0 flammability rating.
Electrically, each contact is rated for 1A continuous current. Contact resistance is 20 mΩ maximum initially and 30 mΩ after conditioning per EIA-364-06C. Dielectric withstanding voltage is 300V AC and 500V DC minimum for 1 minute. The header operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.
This header is designed for surface mount soldering with a 1.27mm lead spacing. The insulation height is 5.69mm. It is suitable for dense board-to-board stacking applications requiring a compact, reliable interconnect solution.
