The M50-3000545 is a 10-position (5+5) female socket receptacle part of Harwin's Archer M50 series of 1.27mm pitch connectors. This double-row, through-hole (THT) straight connector uses push-pull fastening and is terminated via solder. The connector is designed for board-to-board or cable-to-board configurations, supporting mated stacking heights of 5.4mm, 6.08mm, and 9.37mm.
The housing is made of black high temperature thermoplastic with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. Contacts are copper alloy with gold flash finish on the contact area and terminations. The insulation height is 4.40mm and contact length is 2.40mm.
Electrically, each contact is rated for 1A with a maximum initial contact resistance of 20mΩ (30mΩ after conditioning). The operating temperature range is -40°C to 105°C.
The product is supplied in tube packaging. It is suitable for a wide range of applications requiring reliable, space-saving interconnections with fine pitch.
