The Alliance M45PE80-VMP6TG is an 8Mb Serial NOR Flash Memory designed for various storage applications. It utilizes an SPI bus-compatible serial interface, enabling efficient data transfer with a maximum clock frequency of 75MHz. This memory device operates from a single supply voltage ranging from 2.7V to 3.6V.
The M45PE80 offers page-erasable Flash memory with a page size of 256 bytes. Key write, program, and erase times are specified, with typical page write at 11ms, page program at 0.8ms, and page erase at 10ms. It also supports sector erase for 64KB blocks and features hardware write protection for the bottom 64KB memory area.
This flash memory provides a JEDEC-standard 2-byte signature (4014h) for electronic identification. It includes a deep power-down mode with a typical current consumption of 1µA.
