The Heyco M3210 is a PG9 liquid-tight cable grip designed for reliable strain relief and environmental sealing. Constructed from black nylon 6/6 (PA66), it offers excellent resistance to salt water, weak acids, gasoline, alcohol, oil, grease, and common solvents. The integral sealing ring ensures a superior seal at the mounting hole, providing IP68 protection against dust and water immersion up to 5 BAR (70 PSI).
This cable grip features a PG9 threaded hub with a panel hole size of 15.2 mm (0.600 inches). It includes a locknut for secure panel mounting. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 115°C static and -20°C to 100°C dynamic. The flammability rating is UL94V-2.
The M3210 is suitable for a wide range of cable diameters, with a recommended range of 1.8 mm to 6.6 mm (per datasheet) for optimal IP68 sealing. It is approved for NEMA 4, 4X, 6, and 6P applications, making it ideal for industrial, outdoor, and wet location use. The ratchet design of the sealing nut provides anti-vibration protection and ensures a firm grip on the cable. Certified under UL File E51579 and CSA File 93876C.
