It offers low power consumption in various modes, making it suitable for battery-powered IoT applications. The M251EC2AE includes security features like 1-region programmable eXecute-Only-Memory (XOM), 96-bit Unique Identification (UID), and 128-bit Unique Customer Identification (UCID).

 

Peripherals include multiple Timers, Watchdog Timers, RTC, up to 50 GPIOs, up to 24 channels of PWM, and various serial interfaces such as UART, QSPI, I²C, and ISO-7816-3.
