The M22-5330505 is a 5 position, single row, 2.00mm pitch male pin header from Harwin's M22 series. It features a surface mount, right angle termination for compact board-to-board or cable connections. The unshrouded header uses push-pull fastening and is designed to be cuttable, allowing customization of position count.
Contacts are made of brass with a gold flash finish, providing reliable electrical performance. The contact length is 4.20mm and the square pin shape ensures secure mating with compatible female housings such as the M22-301 series and crimp contacts M22-304 or M22-305. The insulation material is high temperature thermoplastic polyamide (PA6T), rated UL94 V-0 for flammability, and colored black.
Electrically, the header supports a maximum current rating of 2A per contact, with a contact resistance of 20mΩ max. It can withstand 500V AC/DC (dielectric withstanding voltage for 1 minute) and has a minimum insulation resistance of 1000MΩ. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 105°C, and it meets environmental requirements for vibration (3.13 Grms, 50-2000Hz) and shock (30G, 11ms).
