The Harwin M22-2010305 is a 3-position, single row male pin header from the M22 series, designed for board-to-board interconnections. It features a 2.00mm (0.079") pitch with square pins and an unshrouded through-hole mounting style.
Electrical ratings per datasheet include a current capacity of 2A per contact maximum, a contact resistance of 20mΩ max, and a dielectric withstanding voltage of 500V AC/DC for one minute. Insulation resistance is a minimum of 1,000MΩ. The operating temperature range covers -40°C to +105°C.
The connector uses a black polyamide (PA6T) insulator rated UL94 V-0 for flammability. Contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a gold finish. Mating contact length is 3.50mm, overall contact length is 8.40mm, and PCB tail length is 3.4mm. The header is supplied loose in bags and is RoHS3 compliant (unverified), REACH unaffected, and MSL Level 1.
