The Harwin M20-9990446 is a 4-position single row unshrouded male pin header from the M20 series. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch with square brass contacts finished in tin. The header is designed for through hole solder mounting and is cuttable for custom lengths.
The insulation is made of black polyamide (PA6T/Nylon 6T) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. Electrical ratings include 3A maximum current per contact, 20mΩ initial contact resistance (30mΩ after conditioning), dielectric withstanding voltage of 500V AC for 1 minute, and minimum insulation resistance of 500MΩ. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 105°C.
This unshrouded header is suitable for board-to-board or cable-to-board interconnections. The push-pull fastening type allows easy mating and unmating. The overall contact length is 11.68mm (0.460") with a contact length of 6.10mm (0.240").
