The Harwin M20-9981046 is a 20-position, dual-row unshrouded male pin header from the M20 series, featuring a 2.54mm pitch and 2.54mm row spacing. Designed for through-hole mounting with solder termination, this connector uses square brass pins with a tin finish for reliable electrical contact. The insulator is molded from black UL94 V-0 rated polyamide (PA6T/Nylon 6T), providing good thermal and mechanical stability over an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
Each contact is rated for a maximum current of 3A, with a dielectric withstanding voltage of 500V AC minimum and insulation resistance of 500MΩ minimum. The push-pull fastening type and unshrouded design make it suitable for board-to-board or cable-to-board applications where a low-profile, cuttable header is needed. The overall contact length is 11.68mm, with a mating pin length of 6.10mm.
