The Harwin M20-8771042 is a 10 position single row male pin header from the M20 series. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and is designed for surface mount soldering. The connector has a straight SMT orientation with a mating pin height of 5.80mm and an insulation height of 2.54mm.
The contacts are made of copper alloy with gold finish on the contact area and tin finish on the terminations. The housing is black high temperature thermoplastic (PA6T/Nylon 6T) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. The unshrouded header uses a push-pull fastening type and is suitable for board-to-board or cable applications.
Electrical ratings include a maximum current of 3A per contact, dielectric withstanding voltage of 500V AC for 1 minute, maximum contact resistance of 20mΩ, and minimum insulation resistance of 500MΩ. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 105°C.
