The M20-8770842 is an 8-position single row male pin header from Harwin's M20 series, featuring a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch. It is a surface mount, unshrouded connector with male square pins. The connector has a push-pull fastening type and is designed for board-to-board or cable applications. It can be cut to a smaller number of contacts using the M20 Hand Cutting Tool Z1022-00.
Electrical ratings include a current rating of 3A per contact and a maximum initial contact resistance of 20mΩ, with 30mΩ after conditioning. The dielectric withstanding voltage is 500V AC for 1 minute, and insulation resistance is 500MΩ minimum. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +105°C.
