The M20-8770242 is a 2-position single row surface mount male pin header from Harwin's M20 series. It features a 2.54mm pitch and 5.8mm mating pin height. Contacts are made of copper alloy with gold plating on the contact area and tin on the termination. The header is unshrouded with a push-pull fastening type, suitable for board-to-board or cable applications. It is rated for a maximum current of 3A per contact with an initial contact resistance of 20mΩ max. The insulation material is polyamide (PA6T) with UL94 V-0 flammability rating, and operating temperature range is -40°C to 105°C. The component is packaged loose in bags and can be cut to smaller contact counts using the M20 Hand Cutting Tool.
