The Harwin M20-8761042R is a 20 position (10+10) double row straight surface mount male pin header from the M20 series. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and row spacing, with unshrouded square pins. The connector is designed for board-to-board or cable applications and can be cut to a smaller number of positions using the M20 Hand Cutting Tool Z1022-00.
Electrical ratings include 3A maximum current per contact and 250V voltage rating. Contact resistance is 20 mΩ maximum initial and 30 mΩ after conditioning, with dielectric withstanding voltage of 500 VAC for 1 minute and minimum insulation resistance of 500 MΩ. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 105°C.
The connector uses a copper alloy contact material with gold finish on the contact area and tin finish on the termination. The housing is black polyamide (PA6T/Nylon 6T) with UL94 V-0 flammability rating. Mounting is surface mount with solder termination, and the packaging is tape and reel.
