The M20-7890346 is a 3 position single row female socket receptacle from Harwin's M20 series of 2.54mm pitch connectors. It features a through hole right angle mounting style with solder termination, making it suitable for board-to-board or cable interconnections. The connector has a push-pull fastening type and is housed in a black high temperature thermoplastic insulator with UL94 V-0 flammability rating.
Electrical ratings include 3A maximum current per contact and 1000V working voltage. Contact resistance is 20mΩ max initial and 30mΩ after conditioning. Dielectric withstanding voltage is 500V AC for 1 minute, and insulation resistance is 500MΩ minimum. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 105°C.
