The M20-7880846 is a 2.54mm (0.1") pitch female receptacle from Harwin's M20 series. It has 16 contacts arranged in 2 rows (8+8), with a right-angle through-hole termination and 3mm solder tails. The contacts are made of copper alloy with a tin finish. The housing is black high-temperature thermoplastic with UL94 V-0 flammability rating.
Electrical ratings include 3A maximum current per contact and 1000V voltage rating. Contact resistance is 20mΩ max initially and 30mΩ after conditioning. Insulation resistance is 1000MΩ min, and dielectric withstanding voltage is 1000V AC for 1 minute. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 105°C.
The connector is designed for board-to-board or cable interconnections. It uses a push-pull fastening mechanism and is packaged in tubes. The style supports both board-to-board and cable applications.
