The M20-7830342 is a 6-position female socket receptacle from Harwin's M20 series of 2.54mm pitch connectors. This double-row, straight through-hole connector features a push-pull fastening mechanism and is designed for board-to-board or cable applications. The housing is made of high-temperature thermoplastic with UL94 V-0 flammability rating, and the contacts are copper alloy with gold+tin finish.
Electrical ratings include 3A per contact current rating and 1000V voltage rating. Contact resistance is 20mΩ maximum initial, and 30mΩ maximum after conditioning. Insulation resistance is 1000MΩ minimum, and the connector withstands 1000V AC for 1 minute dielectric. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 105°C.
The connector is 8.51mm high and has mated stacking heights of 11.04mm and 12.63mm. It is terminated with solder and packaged in tubes. This part is RoHS3 compliant (unverified), REACH unaffected, and MSL Level 1 (unverified).
