The Harwin M20-7821642 is a single-row 16-position female receptacle part of the M20 series of 2.54mm (0.100") pitch connectors. It features a through-hole solder termination with a 3.00mm contact length and is designed for board-to-board or cable-to-board interconnection.
The receptacle has a push-pull fastening mechanism and an insulation height of 8.51mm (0.335"). It supports mated stacking heights of 11.04mm and 12.63mm. The housing is made of high temperature thermoplastic rated UL94 V-0, and the contacts are copper alloy with gold plating on the mating area and tin on the termination.
Electrical ratings include a current rating of 3A per contact, voltage rating of 1000V, maximum initial contact resistance of 20mΩ, minimum insulation resistance of 1000MΩ, and a dielectric withstanding voltage of 1000V AC for 1 minute. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 105°C. The connector is packaged in tubes and has a moisture sensitivity level (MSL) of 1 (unlimited).
