The Harwin M20-1160042 is a female receptacle crimp contact designed for use with 2.54mm (0.1") pitch cable housings in the M20-106 and M20-107 product families. It accepts wire gauges from 22 to 30 AWG and features a gold finish on the contact area for reliable electrical performance.
Electrical ratings include a maximum current of 3A per contact, initial contact resistance of 20mΩ maximum, and dielectric withstanding voltage of 800V AC minimum. The contact is made from copper alloy and is supplied on a reel for automated assembly.
The operating temperature range is -25°C to +85°C. The housing material for the mating connectors is high temperature thermoplastic rated UL94V-0.
