The M1MA152WKT1G is a dual common cathode silicon switching diode from onsemi, designed for ultra high-speed switching applications. It features a common cathode configuration with two independent anodes, housed in a compact SC-59 surface-mount package.
This device offers a maximum reverse voltage of 80V and a forward current rating of 100mA for a single diode, or 150mA when both diodes are conducting. With a fast reverse recovery time of less than 3ns and low diode capacitance of 2pF, it is suitable for high-frequency switching circuits.
The M1MA152WKT1G is Pb-free and RoHS compliant, and is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 pieces per reel. The operating junction temperature range is up to 150°C, with a total power dissipation of 200mW.
