The M1MA142WKT1G is a common cathode silicon epitaxial planar dual switching diode designed for ultra high speed switching applications. This device is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 80V and a forward current of 100mA per diode (150mA total when both diodes conduct). It features a fast reverse recovery time of less than 3ns and low diode capacitance of 2.0pF, making it suitable for high-speed switching circuits.
