The LTM8056IY#PBF is a complete Non-Isolated PoL (Point-of-Load) step-up/step-down (buck-boost) μModule regulator. It integrates the switching controller, power switches, inductor, and support components into a single 15mm × 15mm × 4.92mm BGA package.
Key electrical specifications include a wide input voltage range of 5V to 58V and an adjustable output voltage from 1.2V to 48V. The maximum output current is 5.4A (typical under 24VIN/12VOUT conditions), with a typical efficiency of 96%. The switching frequency is programmable between 100kHz and 800kHz, and synchronization is supported from 200kHz to 700kHz.
