The LTM8025IY#PBF is a complete step-down switch mode power supply from Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated. It integrates the switching controller, power switches, inductor, and support components into a compact 70-BBGA module measuring 15.0mm x 9.0mm x 4.9mm.
This non-isolated PoL module operates over a wide input voltage range of 3.6V to 36V and delivers up to 3A of output current. The output voltage is adjustable from 0.8V to 24V via a single resistor. The switching frequency is selectable from 200kHz to 2.4MHz, also set by a single resistor.
The device features current mode control for excellent line and load regulation. It includes programmable soft-start and is designed for surface mount assembly. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C, making it suitable for demanding environments.
