The LTM8023EV#PBF is a complete 2A, DC/DC step-down power supply from Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated. It integrates the switching controller, power switches, inductor, and support components in a compact 50-BLGA module. Operating over an input voltage range of 3.6V to 36V, it supports an adjustable output voltage from 0.8V to 10V. The switching frequency is selectable from 200kHz to 2.4MHz via a single resistor. Current mode control and programmable soft-start are included.
The module is designed for surface mount assembly and is housed in a low profile 50-LGA (11.25x9) package measuring 11.3mm x 9.0mm x 2.8mm. It is suitable for high density point of load regulation in commercial ITE applications. Only bulk input and output filter capacitors are needed to complete the design.
