The LTM8003IY#PBF is a 40VIN, 3.5A continuous (6A peak) step-down Silent Switcher µModule regulator from Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated. It integrates the switching controller, power switches, inductor, and support components in a compact 48-BBGA module (9.0mm x 6.3mm x 3.3mm).
Operating over an input voltage range of 3.4V to 40V, it supports an adjustable output from 0.97V to 18V. The switching frequency is resistor-programmable from 200kHz to 3MHz, enabling efficiency and size optimization. Typical quiescent current is 25µA at 5VOUT.
The Silent Switcher architecture minimizes EMI, making it suitable for noise-sensitive applications. The surface-mount package is designed for automated assembly and high-density point-of-load regulation. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 150°C.
