The LTM4675EY#PBF is a dual 9A or single 18A step-down µModule (micromodule) DC/DC regulator with digital power system management. It integrates power MOSFETs, inductors, and supporting components in a compact 108-BBGA package. The device accepts an input voltage from 4.5V to 17V and provides an adjustable output voltage from 0.5V to 5.5V on each channel. With dual outputs, each channel can deliver up to 9A; when combined as a single output, the regulator can deliver up to 18A. The LTM4675 includes a PMBus-compliant I2C serial interface for remote configurability and telemetry monitoring of voltage, current, temperature, and fault conditions.
